1. Download a roster from your SIS.
2. Ensure the format is in CSV (Comma Delimited).
The minimum required fields are:

- Site Name
- Class Name
- Children First Name
- Children Last Name
- Birthday
- Gender
- Entry Date

You may download the attached spreadsheet at the end of this page to view a complete list of information fields available in Learning Genie and their corresponding values.
(Column headers in red are the minimum required fields for Learning Genie. Column headers in blue are required fields for DRDP Online.)
2. Go to Learning Genie > Admin Settings > Import/Sync homepage > Manual Import > Other.
3. Upload your CSV.
4. Map the columns of the file with the options on Learning Genie.
5. Review the checking file to ensure all the changes are correct.
6. Click on "Import New Sites/Classes"
7. Setup framework and rating period for these imported classrooms (you can do it later).
You can also create teachers' accounts directly and auto-invite families via email.
8. Click "Import and Load Next" and repeat the process above as necessary.
9. Congratulations! Your agency has been imported!
