Download the 6511 Learning Genie Export (Grid) report from ChildPlus Online.
1. Under Reports search for the 6511 Learning Genie Export (Grid) report.
2. Select the Program Term
3. Select Location
4. Select Enrollment Status and check "Enrolled" only.
5. Configure the following Grid Settings shown in the screenshot below, then click "View Report".
6. Review the report to ensure accuracy before exporting it as a CSV file.
7. Go to Learning Genie > Admin Settings > Agency Management > Import/Sync > ChildPlus
8. Upload your CSV file.
9. Review the checking file to ensure all the changes are correct.
10. Setup framework and rating period for these imported classrooms (you can do it later).
You can also create teachers' accounts directly and auto-invite families via email.
11. Click "Import and Load Next" and repeat the process above as necessary.
12. Congratulations! Your agency has been imported!
