How to fix upload error: Agency name in both system does not match

 

When uploading assessment data from Learning Genie to DRDP Online, you may encounter an error indicating a mismatch in the agency name between the two systems.

 

What Causes This Error?

This error occurs when the agency name registered in Learning Genie does not match the one in DRDP Online.

How to Resolve This Issue

You don’t need to change the agency name in either system if you prefer not to. Instead, simply copy the agency name as it appears in DRDP Online and enter it as an alias in Learning Genie. This allows us to correctly identify and link your agency account.

Steps to Fix the Issue:

DRDP Online

1. Go to Setup Menu > Agencies.
2. Copy the agency name as it appears, or click the pencil icon to edit the name if desired.

 

Learning Genie

1. Go to Assessment Setting > DRDP Settings in Admin Settings.
2. Select the Sync with DRDP Online via API option.
3. Paste the agency name from DRDP Online into the Agency Name Alias field.
