To resolve the "SSID already exists" error in DRDP Online, you need to verify and align the student information between Learning Genie and DRDP Online. This error typically occurs when there is a mismatch in student identification details or duplicate entries.
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
DRDP Online
1. Ensure you have Admin account access.
2. Navigate to "Manage Enrollment" > "Search & Manage Enrollment Classrooms."
3. Search for the specific child by name.
Note: Make sure to select all sites in the filter to ensure all records are scanned.
4. Once the student is found, click the paper icon to view the student's information.
5. Review the SSID and iCode to confirm they are correct. Make any necessary changes, and cross-check the IDs with the child's ID in Learning Genie.
Learning Genie
1. Go to Admin Settings > Assessment Settings > Locked Rating.
2. Search for the specific child by name.
3. Once the student is found, hover over their name and click the pencil icon to view the student's locked information.
4. Under Additional Information, review the SSID and iCode to ensure they are correct. Make any necessary changes, and compare the ID with the one in DRDP Online.
Important: If the SSID is not aligned between both systems before the next upload, we will exclude the child’s information from the upload process. Only the iCode will be required, provided it matches in both systems.
