When uploading sites in DRDP Online, special characters are not permitted in class names to maintain system compatibility and prevent synchronization errors.
If you receive an upload error about special characters in your class name, follow these steps:
1. Access Admin Settings
2. Go to "Agency Management" and select "Manage Sites"
3. Look for the class with this error, and click on the Edit option next to it.
4. Remove special characters from the class name, then click Save.
Following these steps will ensure successful DRDP synchronization and resolve the upload error.
