Agency owners and agency admins will be unable to access the two-way chat feature for sending and receiving messages when there are assigned site admins.
This restriction is in place as they would otherwise receive messages from all classrooms across all sites. We have heard feedback from administrators who prefer not to receive these messages, but we acknowledge that some administrators don't mind. We would appreciate your feedback on this matter; please feel free to comment below with your thoughts.
You may still see and download messages in your agency, however you will not be able to participate in them. Here is how:
1. Log into Learning Genie
2. Click on Data Hub > Family Engagement
3. Click on the "Two-Way Communication" box
4. On this page, you are able to download the message history for this site (includes all classrooms and all children)
4a) On the left panel, use the little triangle to view a chat thread with the individual child.
5.) You may adjust the time frame of the messages to be shown in the main body of the page and export the conversation as a PDF
