Learning Media - How to add questionnaire

It’s easy to add questionnaires to Learning Media videos to enhance child’s learning at home. Here’s how:

Note: you can only add questionnaires to videos in your custom channels.

1. Go to “Admin Settings” > “Learning Media”.

2. Select a channel you have created and hover over the video to which you want to add the questionnaire, and click the “Add Questionnaire” button.

3. Add the description, and click on “+Add” to add questions.

You can add the following types of questions:

• Multiple choice
• Checkboxes
• Short answer

4. Click the “Save” button, and the questionnaire will be added successfully. 

5. Hover over the video and click the “View Questionnaire” icon, you can view, edit or delete the questionnaire you’ve added.

6. You can also download the questionnaire responses for further analysis by clicking the “Download Questionnaire Statistics” button.
