It’s easy to set up an auto playlist so that parents will receive Learning Media videos without the teachers having to be sending them manually. Here’s how:
1. Go to “Admin Settings” > “Learning Media”, and click on “Autoplay Settings”
2. Click the “Create a Playlist” button, then confirm the following:
- Learning Media Channel
Best Practice: preview the videos and remove those that don’t apply to the parents in your school if needed.
- How many videos do you want to share with parents per day
- Sites/Classes
- Send Frequency
- Start Date
- Push Time
3. Click “Submit” to remember your settings.
