Hello!
If you are unable to view the two-way messaging (chat) feature, you are most likely the agency owner or agency administrator, and you have site administrators on your account.
This restriction is in place as they would otherwise receive messages from all classrooms across all sites.
If you would like to have access and do not want to change your role in Learning Genie, a workaround is to create a "dummy" email and add yourself as a site admin into the account and assign ALL sites to yourself so that you can monitor all incoming messages and participate in them.
