1. Go to Admin Settings > Agency Management > Manage Staff
2. Locate the staff member for whom you need to reset the password and click on the pencil icon next to their name.
3. Click on the Reset button.
4. A. You can choose to auto-generate a password by copying the provided code below, before clicking Reset.
4. B. Alternatively, set a custom password for the staff by choosing "Set Password." Enter the desired password in the box below and click Reset.
Note: Password should be at least 8 characters and less than 20 characters long, including both letters and numbers.
