1. Visit the In-Kind Settings tab under Admin Settings
- If your account is new, you will be directed to click on "Let's get started!"
- If your account exists, you will be directed to add a new school year in the top right corner.
2. Select if
a) Your activities and rates have not changed
b) Your activities and/or rates have changed this year

2a) If your activities and rates have not changed you will be directed to the settings page where an exact duplicate of your last setup has been created

2b) If your activities and/or rates have changed this year, you'll be directed to start from scratch to upload your updated activities and rates template:
1. Click on Let's get set up!
2. Download the templates, customize them, and save them on your computer. Then click on "Let's go"
3. Starting with the at-home activities, set the names of your groups; this can be per program or age group
4. Upload a template for each program or age group and repeat the process for volunteer activities and mileage

3. Select the start date of your school year
