If you are a Teacher or an Administrator, you may add a photo to a Pick-Up Person by following the next steps:
Note: This guide is to add a photo to a Manually Added Pick-Up Person.
- If you don't know how to add a Pick-Up Person, please refer to this guide: How to add a pick-up person?
- If a parent has been onboarded, they would have to change their own photo, please refer them to this guide: How do I add my photo for attendance?
1. From the Home Menu, click on the "Child" button for the desired class.
2. Hover over the child and click on the pencil icon ().
3. Click on "Pick-up Management".
4. The Manually Added Pick-Up Person will have a pencil icon () next to their name, click on it to edit their information.
5. Click on the box with the smiley face.
6. Click on the "Select the avatar you want to upload" box.
7. Choose a photo from your files and crop it if needed.
8. Click on the "Save" button.
9. Click on the "Save" button again to save your changes.
You should now be able to see the photo of the Pick-Up Person.
