Batch Completion of Visual Health Check

It's easy to do the visual health check for a group of children at one time. Here's how:

Here are two ways for you to complete the visual health check for multiple children on one screen.

• Sign in/out Review: Go to "Attendance" > "Sign-in/out Review" and click the "Visual Health Check" button. You can complete the visual health check form for multiple children in one place.

Note: Children who have signed in without their visual health checks filled out will be listed here.

• Attendance Review: Locate a class on the "Attendance Review" page, and click the "Visual Health Check" button. You can complete the visual health check forms for a group of children on the same screen.
