Administrators can efficiently provide valuable feedback on teachers' Portfolio observation notes through reviewing, rating, and leaving comments. This streamlined process supports teacher growth and ensures alignment with educational goals.
Step-by-Step
1. Log In to Your Learning Genie Account
Go to: https://web.learning-genie.com
2. Access Notes Review
Click “Portfolio” > “Notes Review” from the sidebar
Or
Click “Notes Review” directly from your Quick Access Dashboard
3. Choose the Teacher
Click on the teacher’s name to view all observation notes they’ve posted.
4. Review Each Note
Under each note, you’ll see options to:

Rate the observation
- Leave a comment with your feedback
5. Submit Your Feedback
When finished, click Submit to save your ratings and comments.
Batch Feedback
You can create a Batch Feedback Note if you need to leave the same comment and rating on multiple observations. Just follow these easy steps:
1. Select the Observations
You can choose the observations that should share the same comment and rating.
2. Click on the Comment Option
In the upper right corner, click on the Comment option. Then, add your comment and rating for the selected observations.
3. Click Confirm
Don’t forget to click Confirm so the comment becomes visible to the teacher.
How to Review Your Feedback
You can scroll to the bottom of the reviewed notes to see your comment and rating.
Note:
Any feedback or rating you add to a teacher’s observation will only be visible to the teacher.
