Setup Default Choice for Each DHC/ VHC Question

We are excited to announce an often-requested enhancement to the DHC/ VHC module: you can now set up a default choice for each DHC/ VHC question, so it will not take so much time in case of a healthy submission.

Setup Default Choice for Each DHC/ VHC Question

The “Simplified DHC/VHC Feature” notice will pop up as soon as you log in to Learning Genie on the Web Portal. To set up the default choice for each question, click the “Setup Now” button.

You can also go to “Admin Settings” > “Daily Health Card” to default all DHC/ VHC questions to No.

• Turn on the “Set up a default choice for each question” switch to setup the default choice for each question, then click “Save” to remember your settings.
• To modify your settings, click the “Edit default choices” button.

Auto-populate with Default Choices

The default choices will be automatically populated by the system when you conduct a sign-in review or fill out a child's daily health card/ visual health card, which will save you so much time.
