[For Admins] How to Use the Automated Action Plan Feature

The Automated Action Plan tool helps you quickly generate personalized strength and growth summaries for each child—and it's easy to use!

Here’s how to get started:

Step 1: Access the Feature

• Go to Data Hub → DRDP Report → Parent Progress Report

• Click on the Action Plan tab

Step 2: Choose Measures

• Select up to 2 Strength Measures and 2 Growth Measures for the child
  
  
• Click Generate Report

• Want a different version? Click Regenerate Report to try again

• You can also edit the report manually if needed
  
  

Switching Between Manual and Auto Mode

• You can toggle between Manual and Auto modes before sending the report to families
  
  
• Don’t worry—your custom action plans won’t be lost! They’ll be saved and accessible when switching back

To Disable the Automated Action Plan

If you'd like to turn off this feature:

• Go to Admin Settings → DRDP Setting → DRDP Report Setting
