How to Use and Interpret the Progress Assessment Report

Want a quick snapshot of how your class is progressing through the DRDP? The Progress Assessment Report gives you two helpful views: the Detailed Group Rating Report and each child’s Observation Status.

Here’s how to access it:

Step 1: Open the Portfolio Module

• Click on the classroom you want to review.

Step 2: Access the Report

• Tap on Class Status.
  
  
• Select Progress Assessment Report.

You’ll now see two powerful views:

• Detailed Group Rating Report
  See how many children fall under each rating level (e.g., Emerging, Exploring, Developing) for every measure in the framework.

• Observation Status
  Track how many observation notes have been completed per child for each DRDP measure. Great for spotting what's missing before rating time!
