It’s easy to setup your Daily Health Card/Attendance. Here’s how:
DHC Setup
1. Go to “Admin Settings” > “Daily Health Card”, and click the “Create” button.
2. You can click on each question to make a modification. If you don't need to modify them, just click the "Apply" button.
3. Complete your settings and click the “Save” button.
- Which days would you like to collect your child’s health cards
- When would you like to send auto-reminders to unsubmitted parents
- Start date and end date
4. Set up which sites/classes to use the “Sign in/out” and “Daily Health Card” feature, then click the “Save” button.
Default All Questions to No
You can now default all DHC questions to No, so it will not take so much time in case of a healthy submission. To modify your settings, click the “Edit default choices” button.
The default choices will be automatically populated by the system when you review sign-in or assist families in filling out daily health cards.
