How do I link third-party accounts to Learning Genie

It's easy to link a third-party account to Learning Genie. Here's how:

Note: you can link your Apple ID to Learning Genie on iOS 13 or higher supported devices.

New users can sign up for Learning Genie account with third-party accounts 

• Sign up for a Learning Genie account with third-party accounts

Tap your Learning Genie Parent App, and select the third-party account (Apple, Facebook, and Google) that you would like to link to and confirm.

Then, enter your parent code and relationship to the child.

At last, click the “Confirm” button, and you will be able to register and link your third-party account to Learning Genie successfully. 

• Sign up for a Learning Genie account with third-party accounts

Enter your email and click the “Next” button.

Then, enter the required information (e.g. name, parent code, password, relationship to the child, etc.), and click the “Confirm” button.

Registered users can easily sign in to Learning Genie with third-party accounts

• Scenario 1. Your third-party account is the same as your LG account

You can sign in to Learning Genie with your third-party account immediately after authentication.

• Scenario 2. Your third-party account is different from your LG account

Please proceed with your Learning Genie account, and enter your password. Then, click the “Confirm” button to link your third-party account to Learning Genie. 

If you still want to proceed with your third-party accounts, you will be redirected to the parent account registration process.

Manage third-party apps with access to your account

Click on your avatar in the sidebar, and select the “Third-party Accounts” option, you can link or unlink your third-party account.

Note: you may need to create a password before disabling social logins.
