Here is how you can edit a survey template on Learning Genie:
1. Log in to the Learning Genie web portal. (web.learning-genie.com)
2. Locate Survey on the left-hand sidebar.
3. Click the orange "+Create Survey" button.
4. Select the survey template you wish to edit and hover on it. Then, click on "Use".
5. You can modify the title, description, questions, and answer choices for each question of the survey as needed. To make changes, simply click on the title or description to edit them:
You may click and drag on the three lines to rearrange the sequence of the questions.
6. To save the edited template for future use, you'll need to send out the survey. (One option is to send it to your training class, which you can activate by going to "Admin Settings" and selecting "Agency Management" > "Manage Staff.")
Click "Next" and proceed to select recipients and configure survey settings. When you are done, click "Confirm and Send"
7. Find your survey template in "Copy a Past Survey" and click the up arrow icon to pin it to the top.
8. You can locate your edited template under "Pinned Surveys"!
