[For Admins] How to manually fill out surveys for families

Learning Genie has added the ability for staff to help families submit their responses. Here's how:

1. Go to Survey

2. Look for the survey you need to fill out and click on the three dots icon, then select the "Fill Out Survey" option.

Alternatively, you may also find the option to fill out the survey on the survey's statistics page by clicking on this entry.

3. Find the name of the child you are filling out the survey for from the Unsubmitted Recipients list, and click "Fill Out Survey".

4. Fill out the survey with the family's answers and then click "Submit".

Note: Your response can not be modified after submission.
