Learning Genie supports individualized settings of the Reflective Lesson Planning feature. Here’s how:

1. Go to “Admin Settings” > “Reflective Planning Settings.”

2. Complete your settings

Customized Permissions for Each Staff

• Add Lesson to "Agency-wide Lessons": enable teachers to add their lessons to "Agency-wide Lessons."
• Weekly Planner Auto-approval: the weekly planners submitted by teachers can be approved automatically. So you needn't review them one after another manually.

Alignment of DRDP to Other Framework: you can setup and view the alignment of DRDP framework to the learning & development standards of multiple states (such as California, Florida, Missouri, etc.).

You can easily filter out lessons by DRDP measures and your state's learning standards. Click on each lesson to view the alignment of DRDP measures and your state's learning standards.

Enable teachers to use public lessons for observation and planners: to give teachers access to the Public Lessons while adding the observation notes and weekly planners.

Weekly Planner Template

You have the following two options:

• Only admins edit and set the agency-wide template
• Teachers can customize their own templates

Moreover, you can add or remove a row by clicking the "+" or "-" icon.
