1. Go to the Roster Tab, then go to Children or Parents tab.
2. Tap on the 'Invite" button.
3. Choose between two different invite options (Parent Code or Email Invitation)
3a. Parent code allows you to generate codes to be given to parents.
Once you generate the codes, it will be sent directly to your email address. You can print them and pass them out to the corresponding parents. Those sheets will have all the instructions they need to get started.
Each child automatically has two parent codes, but if an additional guardian wants access, you can generate additional codes through the child’s profile on the Roster page on the Learning Genie app.
3b. Email invitation allows you to directly invite parents through email.
If you use this method, family members will receive their temporary login information which will be valid for up to 30 days.
If families fail to finalize their registration within 30 days, fear not, you will be able to send them a new invitation.
