How to Use the Automated Action Plan (for Teachers)

The Automated Action Plan helps you quickly generate a summary report of each child’s strengths and growth areas, based on DRDP results.

Step by step

1. Go to “Data Hub”, then “DRDP Report”, “Parent Progress Report”
2. Choose the child’s “Parent Progress Report.”

Click on the “Action Plan” tab.

Create and Customize the Report:

4. Select up to 3 strength measures and 3 growth measures.

5. Click “Generate Report.”

6. Need to make changes? Click “Regenerate Report” to create a new version.
   

Switching Between Manual and Auto Modes:

• You can switch between automated and manual modes before sending the report to families.
  
  

Note: Action plans will not carry over between modes, but they will still be saved and available if you switch back.
