How to Access and Complete the Action Plan

The Action Plan is part of the Parent Progress Report and is a key tool for preparing for parent-teacher conferences. It is a summary report of each child’s strengths and growth areas, based on DRDP results.

Step by step

1. Log in at web.learning-genie.com
   
   
2. Go to:
   Data Hub > DRDP Report > Parent Progress Report
   
   
3. Click on the “Action Plan” tab
   

 How to Fill Out the Action Plan

On the Action Plan tab, complete the following:

1. Select Collection
   
   
2. Choose Strength Measures (add a detailed description)
   
   
3. Choose Growth Measures (add a detailed description)
   
   
4. Fill in:
   
   
   • How teachers can support the child's learning in the program
     
     
   • How parents can support learning at home
     
     
5. Add your signature
   
   
6. Enter the date of the conference
   

 Download the Report

Once the Action Plan is complete, click the PDF button in the upper-right corner to download the full Parent Progress Report.
