How can I print a copy of the child's Portfolio?

You can easily generate and print a PDF version of a child's portfolio right from the Learning Genie web portal. Follow these steps:

Step by step

1. Log in to the Learning Genie Web Portal
   
   
2. Click on a classroom name  OR
   Go to Portfolio > Add Observations from the sidebar, then select a classroom and a child

3. Select a child's name and click the “PDF” button
   
4. Choose how to generate the PDF:
   
   
   • By Domain – Groups observations by domain for a more concise report
     
     
   • By Date – Organizes observations chronologically, similar to how they appear in your account

You can choose to generate the PDF for:

• The entire classroom
  
  
• Individual children

5. Download the PDF to your computer and Print as needed!
