We are using the Learning Genie App to collect In-Kind activities digitally. This will help us save paper (trees), save time for staff, and help your school with funding.
It's easy to submit an In-Kind assignment to your child's teacher using the Learning Genie parent app. Here's how:
1. From the Home Page of your Learning Genie Parent App, tap on the "+" sign at the bottom right corner of your screen:
2. Tab on the "In-Kind Report" button to see the volunteer activities list:
3. Tab on the "+ (Add)" button:
4. Tap on the "Volunteer" option at the bottom of your screen:
5. You can search for an activity, by its ID or Description. Once you locate the activity; Tap on "Select" as shown below:
6. You can add a comment (optional), select the activity duration, and then tap on "Done"
7. Now proceed to tap on "Submit":
8. Once done, you will be asked to enter your signature. You can now tap on "submit" again:
And now you can see what you tracked and how you helped your school!
