How do I link third-party accounts to Learning Genie (Web Portal)

It's easy to link a third-party account to Learning Genie. Here's how:

New users can register a Learning Genie account with third-party accounts

• Register an agency owner account with your third-party accounts

Tap your Learning Genie Educator App, and select the type of account you’d like to create, then proceed to register your Learning Genie account. 

Note: if you already have a Learning Genie account, please click the “Sign in” button at the bottom to proceed.

To sign up for an agency account, tap “Agency Account”, then select the third-party account (Apple & Google) that you would like to link to and confirm.

Enter your agency/site name and click the “Continue with Email” button. Your agency account will be successfully created.

• Register an agency owner account with your emails

To register an agency owner account with an email, please enter your email and click the “Continue with Email” button.

Enter the required information (e.g. agency/site name, your name, password, etc.), and click the “Next” button.

• Proceed with teacher account 

If you are a teacher, please contact your administrator, and they will create your account and provide your credentials.

Registered users can easily sign in to Learning Genie with third-party accounts

• Scenario 1. Your third-party account is the same as your LG account

You can sign in to Learning Genie with your third-party account immediately after authentication.

• Scenario 2. Your third-party account is different from your LG account

Please proceed with your Learning Genie account. Otherwise, a duplicate account may appear.

If you still want to proceed with your third-party accounts, you will be redirected to the agency account registration process.

Manage third-party apps with access to your account

Click on your avatar, go to “My Profile” and scroll down to “Third-party Accounts”, you can link or unlink your third-party accounts. 

Note: you may need to create a password before disabling social logins.
