The Virtual Shadow feature enables admin to share model teachers planner to new teachers to support their Professional Development.
Model teachers planning process can be shadowed by new teachers assigned by admin to help new teachers successfully create and implement a weekly planner. Coaches could also view teachers “Full observation, planning, reflection” and give comments.
To create a virtual shadow:
1. Go to “Weekly Planner Management” tab, then click the “Details” button to view a planner.
2. Click the “Create Virtual Shadow” button.
3. Select the creator of this planner and the planner that will be shadowed (the entire set of planners or from selected weeks), then select recipients.
4. Add comments as needed to provide guidance to new teachers on the creation or implementation of weekly planner.
To view the weekly planners you have assigned:
1. Go to “Create Virtual Shadow List” under the Weekly Lesson Planning tab.
2. Click on the creator of planner to view all planners that are created by this teacher.
Tip: To recall shadowed planners, click the “Recall” button. 
To Add Planner Interpretation:
Admin, coaches and creators can add planner interpretation to help those who are struggling to create or implement a weekly planner.
1. To add a planner interpretation, click the “Recorder” icon.
