Agency owners and agency admins will not have access to send/receive messages through the two-way chat if there are assigned site admins. The reason for this is that they will receive messages from all classrooms for all the centers. We received feedback from administrators that they do not want to receive messages however we have some administrators who do not mind receiving these messages. Please comment below for your feedback.
You may still see messages in your agency however you will not be able to participate in them. Here is how:
1. Log into Learning Genie
2. Click on Dashboard and select "Family Engagement"
3. Click on the "Two-Way Communication" box
4. On this page, you are able to download the message history for this center (includes all classroom and all children)
4a) On the left panel, use the little triangle to view a chat thread to the individual child.
5.) You may adjust the time frame of the messages to be shown in the main body of the page and export the conversation as a PDF
