It is possible that the teachers email reports are being blocked by your email service. Check your spam folder and filter. Additionally, if you signed up for the Parent App with a fake or incorrect email address, your emails may be going there instead. Make sure to use the email address you would like to get the student reports sent to when you sign up for the app. If neither of these are the case, please contact us at 760-576-4822 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the name of your child's school and classroom.
