[For Teachers] How to download past portfolio reports

Child’s archives will be generated automatically in the following circumstances: 

• After the child was transferred to a new class (From IT to PS)
• 2 weeks after the end of the child’s rating period
• 2 weeks after the modification of the child’s rating period
• After the successful locking of the child. 

• Note: Child’s archives of some school years have been generated. Child’s archives will be generated automatically after release. 

Teachers: On Child's Portfolio Page

• Click the "Download Archives" button on a child's Portfolio page. You can click "Download" to open the child's archives (Domain Score Report, which is the same as the Child Progress Report, and Portfolio Report)
