[For Admins] Generate Rating Report

Learning Genie offers two ways to download child’s rating report. Here’s how:

Portfolio Module

1. Click on the child’s classroom, and go to “Portfolio”.

2. Click on PDF to generate an individual child’s rating report or all children’s reports.

• PDF by domain: includes child’s ratings of each measure and separates all observations by individual domain. This report can be downloaded in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese. 
• PDF by dates: includes all observation notes during the selected time range.

Data Hub > Dashboard Assessment

1. Go to “Data Hub” and select the “Assessment Progress” option.

2. Click the “Generate rating reports” button in the upper-right corner.

3. Select the appropriate assessment period and site, and click the “Generate rating reports” button. Then you will be able to generate and download child’s rating report.
