How do I unlock a child's record?

While teachers and admins alike can lock children, only administrators have the ability to unlock children. Here's how:

1. Log in to the Learning Genie web portal.

2. Click on the "Admin Settings" option located in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Locate the "Locked Rating" option on the lower left-hand side of the screen. 

4. Select the child you wish to unlock using the box next to their name, then click "Unlock".

5. You will know the process was successful if their green() padlock icon turned into a red () unlocked padlock icon!
